Your order will be processed as soon as possible from the time the order is placed. The stated delivery time is from when the order is shipped and approximately 1-2 days processing time is allowed before shipping. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

When placing an order please give a phone number and a physical address (not a PO Box), where there will be someone present during working hours. If delays are incurred at the receiver's end due to parcels being unable to be delivered, customs in your respective country, or anything else, Wynn Hamlyn will not be responsible.

Wynn Hamlyn is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. This is the responsibility of the shipping provider and customer relations will be redirected to the party if applicable

DUTIES & TAXES

For orders under $800 USD, duties and tariffs are included in the shipping cost.
Please note this is subject to change based on any updates to U.S. import legislation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S CUSTOMERS:

As of Tuesday, 4th March, orders with a value under USD $800 can still be shipped without incurring additional duties or taxes.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Orders shipped to the United States may require formal customs clearance. DHL will contact you directly to obtain your Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number (SSN) if needed to clear your order through U.S. customs.

International Orders

CUSTOMS DUTY & IMPORT TAXES

For customers outside New Zealand, please note that your orders will be shipped from our warehouse in New Zealand and may be subject to duties, clearance fees, or local taxes applicable to the shipping destination.

Wynn Hamlyn does not cover these additional charges, and we are not responsible for any fees incurred. We strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, but we recommend checking with your local customs agent for more details. To estimate potential charges, you can use this import calculator — select ‘clothing’ as the product type.

UNITED KINGDOM

For goods imported into the UK, items valued over £135 are subject to import VAT and may incur customs duties. VAT is typically 20% and is calculated on the total value, including shipping and any applicable duties.

EUROPEAN UNION

In the EU, goods imported from outside the EU valued over €150 are subject to customs duties and VAT. The standard VAT rate varies by member state but cannot be less than 15%.



AUSTRALIA

For goods valued at or below AUD 1,000, GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 10% is typically included in the purchase price and collected by the seller. For goods over AUD 1,000, customs duties, GST, and other charges are assessed at the border.

UNITED STATES

As of May 2, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the de minimis exemption for Chinese imports. Previously, goods valued under $800 could enter duty-free; now, these items are subject to tariffs starting at 30%, increasing to 90% by June 1.


RETURNS DUE TO UNPAID DUTIES

If taxes and duties are not settled within the designated timeframe, the items will be returned to our warehouse at Wynn Hamlyn. We will process returns within 5-7 days of receipt, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs we have incurred. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
