Shipping

Your order will be processed as soon as possible from the time the order is placed. The stated delivery time is from when the order is shipped and approximately 1-2 days processing time is allowed before shipping. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

When placing an order please give a phone number and a physical address (not a PO Box), where there will be someone present during working hours. If delays are incurred at the receiver's end due to parcels being unable to be delivered, customs in your respective country, or anything else, Wynn Hamlyn will not be responsible.

Wynn Hamlyn is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. This is the responsibility of the shipping provider and customer relations will be redirected to the party if applicable

International Orders

Wynn Hamlyn offers international delivery with all duties paid, straight to your door, available while there is a 90-day tariff pause. Orders will be processed promptly, and delivery times start once your order has shipped, with a 1-2 day processing period before dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

All international orders are shipped via FEDEX INTERNATIONAL, ensuring a fast and reliable delivery service. FEDEX is known for its efficiency and commitment to delivering your order directly to you with minimal delay.

For a smooth delivery, please ensure you provide a valid phone number and a physical address (no PO Boxes) where someone will be available during business hours. Please note, any delays caused by customs or the recipient’s location are not the responsibility of Wynn Hamlyn.

Taxes and Duties Disclaimer

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to duties, tariffs and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid duties or taxes, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

If any items are returned to sender, we will process your return within 5-7 days of receiving the items and issue a refund, minus the cost of shipping both ways. For international orders outside of New Zealand, any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund. For orders that qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the standard shipping charges (both ways).
